Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb Andouille sausage
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 1/2 c rice
- 2 c chicken stock
- 1 1/2 c onion
- 1 c tomatoes
- 1 c celery
- 1 c poblano peppers (or bell pepper)
- 1/2 c green onion
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. Tony’s original seasoning
Instructions
- Turn your instant pot on to the sauté setting and add your olive oil.
- Once warm, add your sausage and sauté until brown (approx. 5 minutes).
- Add the remainder of your ingredients and stir.
- Once combined, set your instant pot to manual on high for 5 minutes and secure the lid.
- Once done, fluff with your wooden spoon and serve.
