Ingredients
Fries
- 1 bag frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 tsp. Lane's BBQ Sweet Heat rub
- 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Peach sriracha ranch (recipe below)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Phickles "Hotties" pickled jalapenos
Peach Sriracha Ranch
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 2 tbsp. Phickles Peach Pepper Jelly
- 1/2 tsp. sriracha
- 2 tbsp. dry Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Spread sweet potato fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with the Phickles sweet heat rub. Cook fries per package instructions, about 25 minutes, until they are crispy.
- Combine all ingredients for peach sriracha ranch in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Spread the hot fries on a platter and top them with shredded cheddar, crumbled blue cheese, and bacon. Drizzle with sriracha ranch dressing to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and pickled jalapenos.
