Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 1/2 tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. blue cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a wooden salad bowl, add the sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir with the back of a large plastic serving spoon to slightly crush the seasoning.
- Add in the canola oil, apple cider vinegar, and balsamic vinegar and continue to combine using the back of the spoon.
- Add blue cheese to the bowl and mash teh crumbles into small pieces with the spoon.
- Add in the green onions and stir well to combine.
- Store in a cruet or an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
