- 1 c (8oz) Canned Lump Crab Meat
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Paul Prudhommes Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
- 1/2 c Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp. French Dressing (orange one)
- 1 to 1 1/2 Teaspoon Horseradish from dairy case
- Mix ingredients and chill until firm. Serve with Captain’s Wafers.
