Hank’s Famous Charleston Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c (8oz) Canned Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Paul Prudhommes Blackened Redfish Magic Seasoning
  • 1/2 c Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. French Dressing (orange one)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Teaspoon Horseradish from dairy case

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients and chill until firm. Serve with Captain’s Wafers.
