Ingredients
- 1 qt Roma or Juliet Tomatoes
- 2 c olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh Basil, or Rosemary or Thyme
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 strip lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. chili flake
- salt, to taste
Instructions
- Dehydrate tomatoes at 170° until they have lost half of their moisture.
- Combine all ingredients and add salt to taste. Simmer on low for an hour.
- Let cool on counter and store in refrigerator.
