Chicken Artichoke Spread

  • 1 1/2 c shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 c shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 7 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 1/2 c finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry’s® Seasoned Pepper (Colorful Coarse Ground Blend)
  • French baguette and/or crackers, for serving


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. The mixture will be chunky.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill.
  3. Once the mixture is chilled, shape into a mold fitting for your Occasion. Place on a charcturie board or keep in the bowl for serving.
  4. Serve with crackers or toasted French baguette slices.
