Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 c shaved Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 7 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- 1/2 c finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry’s® Seasoned Pepper (Colorful Coarse Ground Blend)
- French baguette and/or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. The mixture will be chunky.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Once the mixture is chilled, shape into a mold fitting for your Occasion. Place on a charcturie board or keep in the bowl for serving.
- Serve with crackers or toasted French baguette slices.
