Ingredients
Pie
- 6 c fresh blueberries
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pie crust
Crumble
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, melted
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c rolled oats
Instructions
- Toss together all pie ingredients and place in pie crust.
- Mix together crumble ingredients and pour over pie, spreading out over the blueberries but leaving the edge of the blueberries showing.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minites and reduce heat to 350 for 30-40 min until filling is bubbling.
