Ingredients
- 1 gal cider
- 1 c cranberry juice
- 1 large can #5 (46 oz) pineapple juice
- 1 large can #5 (46 oz) apricot nectar
- 1 jar stick cinnamon (6-8 sticks)
- 1 tbsp. whole cloves
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- Rum, Brandy, or rum flavoring
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer 1 hour. Add rum flavoring or, if you wish, real rum or brandy at the last minute. Float small baked apples on top of wassail in the punch bowl. Serve warm.
