Join The VeryVera Show in our newly renovated, Sub-Zero Wolf kitchen for an exclusive Chef Series this fall! We’re bringing three of our favorite chefs to town in September, October, and November to provide one high-class evening in the VeryVera kitchen.
Enjoy a demo for each of four courses in our newly renovated SubZero-Wolf kitchen with seating and overhead video projection. We will transition to the dining room after each course demonstration and sit at a beautifully appointed table to enjoy our chef’s creations with a hand-selected wine pairing.
Chef Vinnie Balducci is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh and is the chef at SubZero-Wolf’s Charlotte showroom. Vinnie was a guest on The VeryVera Show Season 5 and frequently holds cooking demonstrations in the Charlotte showroom and all over the southeast.

- Caramelized Pork Belly | Maple-bourbon glazed natural ‘Pork Belly Bacon”, served crispy with microgreens and toasted sesame seeds.
- Golden Beet Salad | Cold roasted golden and purple beets over dressed baby arugula with toasted pecans, crumbled Feta cheese and aged balsamic vinegar.
- Nuevo Salmon Wellington | Dill-rubbed Scottish Salmon wrapped in puff pastry with mushroom duxcelles, garlic-wilted spinach and lobster dill sauce, accompanied with aged cheddar polenta
- Hershey-Kissed Gingersnap Cookie | Soft baked Gingersnap cookie dipped in Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate atop whipped local honey mascarpone cheese and crushed pistachio
