Enjoy a demo for each of four courses in our newly renovated SubZero-Wolf kitchen with seating and overhead video projection. We will transition to the dining room after each course demonstration and sit at a beautifully appointed table to enjoy our chef’s creations with a hand-selected wine pairing.
Todd Schafer is the owner of Abel Brown Southern Kitchen/Oyster Bar in Augusta, GA, specializing in local, fresh ingredients prepared with thought and respect.
Todd will be preparing a menu of crispy kurobuta pork belly, Anson Mills johnny cake, sorghum, and sauteed fall apples, pickled beet salad with plums, candied walnuts, Seville orange, goat cheese, frisee, endive, and citrus vinaigrette, smoked Whitter Farms pork chop, Barely Buzzed cheddar macaroni gratin, braised greens, and tomato marmalade, and Valrhona chocolate pecan tart, and Woodford Reserve bourbon vanilla ice cream
Attendance is limited to 18 guests. Admission is $100 for the event per person.
