1lbbeef flank steak, sliced against the grain into 16 strips
1/3cAsian roasted sesame dressing
1tbsp.Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
1tbsp.dry roasted Georgia Peanuts, chopped
1green onion, sliced
Peanut Sauce (optional)
1/3ccreamy peanut butter
1tsp.hoisin sauce, optional
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Thread beef strips onto skewers; brush with A1 mixture. Marinate 30 min.
Meanwhile, combine dressing and chili sauce in small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture and refrigerate remaining mixture.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade, discard marinade. Grill skewers 3 min. on each side until cooked through, brushing with reserved 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture during the last minute of grilling.
Either use the remaining dressing as your dipping sauce OR make the Peanut Dipping sauce with the recipe below.
In a medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Whisk together to combine.
Add water to thin your sauce as needed. Add a splash of water at a time until it reaches your desired consistency. If your sauce is too thin, add more peanut butter. Add more spice (chili paste) or acidity (lime juice) or sweetness (honey) to fit your taste preferences.
