Pimento Cheese Grits

  • 2 c heavy whipping cream
  • 2 c chicken stock
  • 1/4 tsp. Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
  • 1 c quick grits
  • 2/3 c VeryVera's pimento cheese
  • 1/4 c green onions


  1. Add cream, stock and Tony’s to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Gradually stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in pimento cheese.
  4. Top with green onions.
