- 2 c heavy whipping cream
- 2 c chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp. Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
- 1 c quick grits
- 2/3 c VeryVera's pimento cheese
- 1/4 c green onions
- Add cream, stock and Tony’s to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Gradually stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in pimento cheese.
- Top with green onions.
