- 1/2 gal of Vanilla or Vanilla/Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 c of ground toasted almonds
- 1/3 c of Amaretto liqueur
- 12 -15 Coconut Macaroons
- Pretzel Chocolate Magic Shell (optional)
- Crush Macaroon cookies. Blend all ingredients together. Put back in freezer.
- Serve with whipped cream on top of a whole macaroon. Or top with Pretzel Chocolate Magic Shell.
