“Sort of” Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal of Vanilla or Vanilla/Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1 c of ground toasted almonds
  • 1/3 c of Amaretto liqueur
  • 12 -15 Coconut Macaroons
  • Pretzel Chocolate Magic Shell (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Macaroon cookies. Blend all ingredients together. Put back in freezer.
  2. Serve with whipped cream on top of a whole macaroon. Or top with Pretzel Chocolate Magic Shell.
