Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer using the dough hook attachment.
Roll into small balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Stir together mustard and syrup until combined well.
In a saucepan, add maple syrup and cream and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from the heat and begin whisking the butter into the maple syrup, cube by cube, whisking constantly until emulsified.
