- 1/2 pt fresh raspberries
- 1 pkg of fresh mint
- In a food processor, puree the raspberries with a little bit of water until smooth.
- Using a fine-mesh sieve, pour the mixture into a 2-cup pyrex dish. You should have about 1 cup of the pureed raspberries.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pureed raspberries.
- Fill 2 ice cube trays with the liquid.
- Top each ice cube with a mint leaf.
- Place in freezer until solid.
