Pimento Cheese Bites


  • Marble Rye Bread
  • Pimento Cheese
  • Fig Preserves
  • Sweet Onion, chopped and caramelized
  • Cooked Bacon


  1. Toast rye bread and cut into 3 inch triangles.
  2. Spread triangles with pimento cheese. Spoon a small dollop of fig preserves onto the pimento cheese.
  3. Top with a few pieces of caramelized onion.
  4. Garnish with a small piece of bacon.
