Pecan-Harvarti Quesadillas


  • 6 -Inch flour tortillas
  • Shredded Havarti Cheese
  • Chopped Pecans
  • Fig Preserves


  1. Put one tortilla down on the cutting board. Cover with the shredded cheese and pecans. Top with another tortilla.
  2. Heat until the cheese is melted and the tortilla has browned. Cut into 2 bite triangles.
  3. Top with a follow of fig preserves. Serve warm or at room temperature.
