Hershey’s “Perfectly Chocolate” Hot Cocoa

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup Hershey’s Cocoa
  • Dash salt
  • ⅓ cup hot water
  • 4 c whole milk
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, cocoa, and salt in a medium saucepan. Stir in the water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  2. Add in the milk. Stir and heat until hot. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from the heat and add in the vanilla. Beat with a whisk until foamy.
