Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups whole milk
- 1 ¼ ounces unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. white pepper
- Nutmeg, to taste
- ¾ cup semolina
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 oz Asiago cheese, shredded
- Pam Spray
- 10 (4-ounce) foil cups
Instructions
- Bring the first five ingredients to a simmer in a heavy bottom pot over medium heat.
- Stir in the semolina and reduce the heat. Cook the mixture until it dries out and make a pate choux.
- Remove from the heat and add the eggs, heavy cream, and cheese.
- Spray the foil cups heavily with spray and divide mixture into cups.
- Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown on top.
