Flash-fried Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 10 Fresh Brussel sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 qt Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 Pieces of high end bacon, ie. Benton's
  • 1 tbsp. Rendered Wagyu beef fat
  • Seasoning mix (salt, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary)
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • Shaved parmesan to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil to 375.
