Ingredients
- 4 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined. Cut each shrimp in thirds. Set aside
- 32 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Medium, onion, grated
- 1 tbsp. Tabasco
- 1 tbsp. Durkee famous sauce
- 2 tbsp. Sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
- pepper
- Optional: French rounds, sliced radishes, and capers
- Note: These quantities are for a large mold. For smaller quantities, cut the recipe in half.
Instructions
- Combine all of these, mixing well
- Fold shrimp into cream cheese mixture. Add salt and pepper. Pour into a 5 cup fish mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold onto platter lined with red-leaf lettuce. Serve with crackers
- To turn into an appetizer, spread a small amount of deviled shrimp on a French round, then top with a sliced radish and capers
