Ingredients
Casserole
- 12 -ounce can white shoe peg corn
- 15 1/2 -ounce can French cut string beans, drained
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 3 -ounce jar diced pimentos, drained
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 11 ¾ -ounce can cream of celery soup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Topping
- 1 c Ritz cracker crumbs
- ½ stick butter, melted
- ½ cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except topping. Place in 1 ½-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle topping over casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
