Sauté bacon until crispy and all fat is renders. Remove bacon to paper towel to drain excess oil. Discard half of rendered fat and sauté sprouts in the other half of the bacon fat. Sauté until soft but some browning on outsides of sprouts.
For dressing, mix mayo, sugar, buttermilk, vinegar & salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium mixing bowl, toss cooked sprouts, bacon and dressing together.
