Enjoy a demo for each of four courses in our newly renovated SubZero-Wolf kitchen with seating and overhead video projection. We will transition to the dining room after each course demonstration and sit at a beautifully appointed table to enjoy our chef’s creations with a hand-selected wine pairing.
Jack Deese is the owner of New York Butcher Shoppe in Surrey Center, specializing in quality cuts of meat, fine wine and cheeses, and handmade prepared meals for busy customers.
Jack will be preparing a menu full of fresh flavors and quality ingredients, including a Certified Angus beef carpaccio with capers, olive oil, sea salt, and arugula, burrata salad over heirloom tomatoes with pistachio mint dressing, parmesan parsley skirt steak pinwheels with roasemary red potatoes and bacon-sauteed asparagus, and Heath crunch chocolate fudge brownies a la mode
