Daniel and Catherine's favorite desserts

Chocolate Mocha Trifle

Brownie mix for 9 x 13 pan
3 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
Milk
Crushed heath bars
Extra large cool whip
Kahlua or strong coffee

Make brownies according to directions. While hot, poke holes in brownie with a fork; drizzle with kahlua or strong coffee. Let brownies cool.

Make pudding with milk according to directions.

Layer in glass trifle bowl:
brownie chunks, pudding, heath bar pieces, cool whip; repeat to fill bowl.

Pluck It Cake

For the 1 Large Cake

4 cans Hungry Jack Biscuits
2 sticks butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Melt the butter, sugar and spices in a saucepan. Open up the biscuits and cut each biscuit into ¼’s. Place 2 cans with the rounded edges toward the pan and then cover with sauce. Repeat with the other 2 cans. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Do half this recipe for the small bundt pans.
