Cracked Pepper Cheese Ball

2 blocks of cream cheese
2 packages of powder Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Blend thoroughly in mixer. Form into ball – wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to one hour. Remove cellophane and roll in cracked pepper. Serve with Carr’s crackers.

Tex-Mex Layer Dip

1 can Lay’s Bean Dip
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 pkg. powder taco mix
1 small jar of salsa (thicker consistency works best)
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Black olives – sliced (optional)
Jalapeños - sliced (optional)



Spread bean dip evenly on serving plate. Mix sour cream and powder taco mix. Spread mixture over bean dip. Cover with salsa. Sprinkle with cheese and sliced black olives and sliced jalapenos, if desired. Chill for at least 30 minutes prior to serving with tortilla chips.
