This is a very unusual twist to a classic Southern favorite. I’ve never bought Mountain Dew in my life until I made this! Delicious!!

Peach Cobbler

2 packages Pillsbury original Crescent Rolls
4 tart peaches (can use Granny Smith Apples in the fall)
2 sticks butter
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 oz. Mountain Dew

Prepare a 9 x 13 pyrex dish with pan spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and core peaches and cut into 4 wedges for a total of 16 pieces. Separate crescent rolls and starting at the wide end, roll the peach up in the crescent roll and place in the pan. You should be able to get 2 rows of roll-ups to the pan. Melt butter and pour over the prepared rolls. Sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Pour Mountain Dew over this. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. Lift with spatula from the pan and flip so that soft side is up into individual serving bowls. Serve warm with or without vanilla ice cream.
